Each individual StarVan is built by hand in Germany. This is why the quality of the interior is unique. It can be configured according to your personal wishes from countless possibilities. This makes your StarVan a special and unique vehicle. The complete design of the interior comes from the pen of our managing director Ralf M. Uhlhorn, as does the patent for our bedroom extension.
BS Camperwerk
The interior fittings are carried out by our partner BS Camperwerk-Fahrzeugbau GmbH in Bad Bramstedt. Björn Siebert has been producing motorhomes for around 15 years and has already fitted out a total of around 700 vehicles during this time. The master craftsmen in this production have exceptional experience, coupled with craftsmanship and attention to detail. Quality that you can see and feel. Each motorhome is individually assembled and built only after your order has been placed, and can therefore be configured to meet your personal requirements. It goes without saying that BS Camperwerk-Fahrzeugbau GmbH is a certified Mercedes-Benz conversion partner.
NordVan GmbH
The interior fittings are carried out by our cooperation partner
NordVan GmbH in Neumünster. Patric Helk has been producing motorhomes for around 15 years and has already fitted out around 700 vehicles during this time. epic.PLY Möbelplatten
From 2025, we will only use furniture construction boards from epicPLY for our interior fittings. They are produced from ecological plantation wood in a CO²-neutral way. They are particularly light and particularly strong and offer a large selection of different HPL decors and real wood surfaces. For your individual design choice and, of course, for the environment.
Fahrzeugbau Dülmer
The bedroom extension is built by our partner Dülmer Fahrzeugbau in Emsbühren. The company is internationally known for fire fighting vehicles, ambulances and refrigerated vehicles. Thomas Dülmer has decades of experience in the construction of sandwich cabins made of XPS. The production is certified according to DIN 9001 and ensures the quality and tightness of our bedroom extension for many years.

Milorad Pekovic, known as “Peka”, learned the saddler's trade from scratch in Serbia. He is a master of his trade and works on our fine leather furnishings not only with understanding and perfectionism, but above all with love. He runs a small company in Quickborn, just “around the corner” from our production facility in Neumünster. Handmade in the true north.
We have original leather from Mercedes, Porsche and Lamborghini processed by Peka.
Upgrade your Van
The Rudolf Schütte leather saddlery is our partner for the realization of the fine leather equipment. Here, expert employees make unique pieces for you, piece by piece, by hand. You can choose from countless leather colors to suit your personal taste. It is also possible to paint plastic parts for finishing the interior here.
Mercedes Benz
Our motorhomes are only available on the basis of Mercedes Benz Sprinter. The vehicles are produced in Düsseldorf and are the closest to a premium car in terms of driving comfort, seating position, assistance systems and all-wheel drive. For a comfortable journey.
Marquart GmbH Germany
Our premium partner supplies us with special suspensions for our Mercedes Sprinter. He has been known for many years as a specialist for van and truck suspension components. We have also developed our ALL TERRAIN CHASSIS for the Cruiser with them.
Cifol Werbetechnik
Our partner Cifol is responsible for the application of the foils. This applies to our standard relief foils for the special look of a StarVan, as well as to further partial and complete foils according to your wishes.
